1、电热管加热

电热管现在已经被广泛应用在蒸饭柜、热水器等厨房设备中。电热管是在金属管两端电极接人电阻丝,周周围空隙部分紧密填充具有耐热性、导热性和绝缘性的结晶氧化镁粉,通电后发热,经周围介质传导热量。管状加热元件具有结构简单,机械强度高,热效率高,安全可靠,安装方便,使用用寿命长等一些特点。

3、远红外线加热原理

远红外线是一种传导能量的电磁波,介于红色与不可见光谱之间,所以称为远红外线,波长在0.47~400µm之间。当远红外线线照射到被加热的物体时,一小部分射线被反射回来,绝大部分滲透到被加热的物体之中,当发射的远红外线波长和被加热物体的吸收波长一致时,被加热的物体内分子或原子吸收远红外线能量,产生剧烈的振动、旋转,并使内部分子和原子发生高速摩擦,产生热量而使其温度升高,从而达到了加热的目的。
